We have TWO training plans that will get you ready to take on the obstacles and dashing ahead. Whatever your fitness level, we believe that training for the SHAPE Diva Dash should just as much fun as the event itself. Whether you Do-It-Yourself with the SHAPE program or a training group offered by one of our local partners, HAVE FUN!

2) FREE Training Clinics sponsored by our local partners!

Get ready to be divalicious for this year's Diva Dash and train at W3! Use a 12-visit pass at any of our facilities to check out some group exercise classes or use our cardio and strength training equipment. Check out www.w3body.com for locations and class schedules.
