We have TWO training plans that will get you ready to take on the obstacles and dashing ahead. Whatever your fitness level, we believe that training for the SHAPE Diva Dash should just as much fun as the event itself. Whether you Do-It-Yourself with the SHAPE program or a training group offered by one of our local partners, HAVE FUN!

| Liane Seiwald Fitness Systems Registered Divas are invited to join Liane for FREE boot camp sessions, Saturday mornings at 7AM, at Red Rocks Amphitheater.
