We have TWO training plans that will get you ready to take on the obstacles and dashing ahead. Whatever your fitness level, we believe that training for the SHAPE Diva Dash should just as much fun as the event itself. Whether you Do-It-Yourself with the SHAPE program or a training group offered by one of our local partners, HAVE FUN!

Attending over 60+ Group Exercise classes we offer – including Spin, Body Attack, P90X, Zumba and more. Swim in our outdoor / indoor pools. Try a Mind/Body class like Heated Barre or Vinyasa Yoga. Relax in our outdoor hot tubs or get a spa treatment at our W Spa. Childcare options are also available for Moms. Plus share this offer with a friend.
