We have TWO training plans that will get you ready to take on the obstacles and dashing ahead. Whatever your fitness level, we believe that training for the SHAPE Diva Dash should just as much fun as the event itself. Whether you Do-It-Yourself with the SHAPE program or a training group offered by one of our local partners, HAVE FUN!

We find our fitness in the lessons from centuries ago. Our education is based on the teachings of early athletes who embodied the true “strong man” or “wo-man”. We replaced the machines and benches of today’s fitness with natural body movements designed to make you stronger, healthier and less injury prone. We will use Ropes Gone Wild, Kettlebells, Thick Grip Barbells and Dumbells, Bandit loops, body weight moves and much more to help you have your Best Diva Dash race.
